Billing Notice

1. Summary

Qoro subscription fees are billed under Flexton LLC (Florida, USA). This page summarises what Tenants in different jurisdictions need to know for tax and bookkeeping purposes. For detailed advice, confirm with your accountant.

2. Turkey-Resident Tenants — Important Notice

Flexton LLC is a non-Turkish entity and is not a taxpayer that issues Turkish e-fatura / e-archive invoices under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law.

The PDF invoice issued to you is treated, under Turkish tax law, as:

An overseas service-purchase / expense document recorded in the bookkeeping. Whether it is subject to Form BA/BS depends on the amount.
You may be subject to KDV-2 (reverse-charge VAT) — under Article 9 of the Turkish VAT Law, VAT on services received from abroad is declared by the VAT-registered business.
Withholding tax (corporate-income withholding) is assessed based on the nature of the service and applicable tax treaties (SaaS services are often exempt under double-tax treaties — confirm with your advisor).

Important: this document should be confirmed with your accountant before being recorded in the books. Each business' tax situation is different, so we do not issue a one-size-fits-all instruction.

3. EU-Resident Tenants — Reverse Charge

For B2B Tenants established in EU member states, Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive applies (reverse charge). Invoices are issued VAT-free and marked with “Reverse charge — Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive”. You are responsible for declaring VAT in your own country. A valid EU VAT number must be provided at registration.

4. US-Resident Tenants — Sales Tax

For states where Flexton LLC has sales-tax nexus, applicable sales tax appears on the invoice and is added to the total. Corporate customers with a tax-exempt certificate can submit it to hello@qoro.cc to request exemption.

5. Other Jurisdictions

Tenants in jurisdictions not listed above are responsible for recording the invoice as an overseas service purchase and for any local tax declaration. We recommend working with a local accountant / tax advisor where needed.

6. Invoice Format

Invoices are sent as PDF by email and can be downloaded from the billing panel in your account.
Each invoice shows: Flexton LLC legal info, tax identification (EIN), invoice number, date, subscription period, VAT (0 for reverse charge), and total.
Update your billing details (company name, tax ID, address) from Settings → Billing in the platform.

7. TR Legal Entity Roadmap

Establishing a Turkey-resident legal entity to allow local e-fatura / e-archive issuance for Turkey-resident Tenants is on the Phase 5 roadmap. When that happens, this page and the relevant Terms of Service clauses will be updated and existing Tenants will be notified 30 days in advance.
