1. Summary
This Legal Disclaimer explains the warranty / liability position for the Qoro platform, the limits of responsibility for third-party services, and the nature of the information on this site. Detailed liability limits are in Terms of Service §13.
2. “As-is” Provision
The Qoro platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. No express or implied warranty is given that the platform will be fit for a particular purpose, operate uninterrupted or error-free, or produce any specific outcome. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement) are disclaimed.
3. Third-Party Services
Qoro relies on third-party infrastructure providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, etc. (full list in DPA Exhibit A). Outages, errors or security events at those providers may affect Service delivery. Flexton is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers but will inform Tenants reasonably and consider partial credit (Enterprise SLA: /legal/sla).
4. Tenant Content
Menu content, product imagery, prices, allergen information and descriptions are entirely the Tenant's responsibility. Flexton is not responsible for damages suffered by End Customers due to incorrect allergen information, misleading pricing, non-existent products or promotions. The Tenant indemnifies Flexton in accordance with Terms §14.
This responsibility also covers content suggested or generated by the platform's artificial-intelligence (AI) tools: product descriptions, nutrition / calorie values, translations, business information and similar. AI suggestions are drafts only; the Tenant is responsible for verifying their accuracy before publishing. Flexton is not liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
5. Not Tax or Legal Advice
Information published on this site and in the platform — notably the tax regimes explained on the Billing Notice page — is provided for general information and is not individual tax, accounting or legal advice. Evaluate business-specific decisions with your own accountant or legal advisor. Flexton is not responsible for the Tenant's own tax and legal compliance obligations.
6. Consumer Rights Preserved
The limitations of liability in this notice do not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to individual users acting as consumers in their jurisdiction. For Turkey-resident consumers, mandatory provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Act No. 6502 and the Turkish Code of Obligations are preserved.
