2. Core Service Features

Qoro is a SaaS platform that provides QR menu, order management, kitchen display, payment integration, multi-branch management and reporting to restaurants and cafés. All features are used over the internet through a web browser; no physical product is delivered.

3. Selected Plan & Price

When no plan code is provided, a general pre-contract notice is shown. After selecting a plan, reopen this page with ?plan=pro (for example).

4. Payment & Billing

• Payment is collected via a PCI-DSS certified third-party payment processor.
• After the 14-day free trial, the first invoice is issued automatically.
• The subscription auto-renews at the end of each cycle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
• Invoice notice for Turkey-resident Tenants: /legal/billing-notice (overseas expense document, KDV-2 reverse-charge responsibility, accountant confirmation recommended).

5. Place & Manner of Performance

The Service is provided electronically through the Qoro platform operated by Flexton LLC. For the consumer, the place of performance is where the device accessing the platform is located. The Service becomes active immediately upon payment confirmation (24/7 availability target).

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 9 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, under Article 15/1-ğ, the right lapses where performance has begun with the consumer's explicit consent and the service has been used. Because no charge is collected during the 14-day free trial, the right of withdrawal can effectively be exercised during the trial and no refund situation arises. See /legal/distance-sales.

7. Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided under the terms detailed in the Terms of Service. Liability limitations are in §13; mandatory consumer-law rights are preserved.

8. Dispute Bodies

Turkey-resident consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (for disputes under the threshold published annually by the Ministry of Trade) or to the Consumer Courts for larger disputes.
