Договор дистанционной продажи
Краткое содержание
Договор дистанционной продажи для клиентов-резидентов Турции в соответствии с Законом № 6502 и Законом об электронной коммерции № 6563.
1. Scope & Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into — within the scope of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 6563 on E-Commerce, and the Regulation on Distance Contracts — between users who subscribe to the Qoro platform as consumers resident in Turkey and Flexton LLC (7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States).
Subscribers acting for business/commercial purposes fall outside the consumer scope and are governed by the Terms of Service.
2. Subject Matter
The subject is the provision of the Qoro SaaS platform within the selected Plan, under a monthly or annual subscription model. Core service features are detailed in the Pre-Contract Information.
3. Price & Payment
- The VAT-inclusive total amount and billing period are stated in the Pre-Contract Information.
- Payment is collected via a PCI-DSS certified third-party payment processor using a credit/debit card.
- Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Important invoice notice for Turkey-resident consumers: /legal/billing-notice.
4. Delivery — Digital Service
Qoro is a digital subscription service. Upon payment confirmation, the subscription becomes active immediately; the consumer may begin using the platform via their account. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason. Withdrawal can be exercised by emailing hello@qoro.ccor using the in-platform “Cancel subscription” feature.
Because no payment is collected during the 14-day free trial, the right of withdrawal can be effectively exercised at any point during the trial with no refund dispute.
6. Withdrawal Exceptions
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal lapses where performance has begun with the consumer's explicit consent and the service has been used by the consumer. By reading the Pre-Contract Information and checking the online “I accept” box, the consumer consents to performance beginning immediately and acknowledges that use during the withdrawal period may result in loss of that right. Use during the free trial may be cancelled freely before the paid period starts.
7. Cancellation
The consumer may cancel the subscription at any time through the platform or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refund is issued; the consumer may use the service through the end of the period paid for. Details: /legal/refund.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (below the monetary threshold) or the Consumer Courts. Competent venues include those designated by law and the courts at the consumer's place of residence. Monetary thresholds are updated annually by the Ministry of Trade.
