1. Who is this page for?

If you scan a QR code, order via a digital menu, or pay through a restaurant, café or bar that uses Qoro, your data is processed. This page summarises how your data is handled when you act as an End Customer (guest).

If you are a business using Qoro, this page is not for you. For Tenant obligations see Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.

2. Data Controller: The Restaurant You Visit

Under KVKK and GDPR, the Data Controller (the party deciding the purposes of processing) for your order data is the restaurant / business that uses Qoro. To exercise your rights, contact that business first.

3. Data Processor: Flexton LLC

Flexton LLC (the operator of the Qoro platform) processes your data only on the business' instructions as a Data Processor — for example to route the order to the kitchen display, to apply a promotion or to take payment. Flexton has no right to use End Customer data for its own purposes such as marketing.

4. Data Collected

• Table number, order content, timestamps, applied promotions
• Session identifier (in browser storage)
• If enabled by the business: name, phone, email (optional fields)
• When payment is processed: card details are held at the Payment Processor — not on Flexton servers
• Technical data for error monitoring (only with cookie consent)

5. Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 15–22 you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection in respect of your data.

6. How to Apply

Please contact the business (Data Controller) first. Most businesses publish contact information at the footer of the menu page, or you can reach them by phone. If the business does not respond or cannot resolve the request, you can also reach us as Processor: hello@qoro.cc. Flexton will forward your request to the business.

7. Cookies

The customer menu uses cookies strictly necessary for functionality (session, cart). Additional cookies for error monitoring are activated only with your consent (the cookie banner on first visit). Details: Cookie Policy.
